In our internship program, we prioritize candidates who are productive, passionate, innovative, and eager to learn. Accordingly, our selection process goes beyond traditional methods and follows a unique model designed to reveal sector-specific competencies.
The process is shaped by a “Mini Case” approach, where applicants respond to an industry-relevant case that encourages both creative and enjoyable answers.
In the case, candidates may be asked to use their imagination—if they were a brand they created or a striking “notification,” what would it say? Design cases also include tasks that bring out fundamental design abilities.
The application flow is planned to be run digitally with transparency and easy accessibility.
